An event aimed at helping you to develop and enhance your research through Digital Research services.

The University's Research Strategy has enabled access to new digital capabilites for researchers. The Digital Research Roadshows are designed to help you make the most of these services.

Confirmed speakers include the following who will share their experiences of using Digital Research Services, including the new Compute Service, to enhance their research.

Dr John Burford Associate Professor in Equine Surgery, School of Veterinary Medicine
Currently his main area of research is in the epidemiology of post-operative colic episodes in horses.

Dr Michael Wilson, Senior Research Fellow - Technologist in Bioinformatics for Future Food Beacon of Excellence, Faculty of Science.

Dr David Rogers, Research Fellow, Propulsion Futures

David's research interests span molecular and materials modelling using quantum chemical and classical simulation methods.

In addition there will be practical sessions on Advanced Data Analytics, Research Data Management, Data Security and how to access Digital Research Services and Cost them into bids. There will also be a sneak peek at future Digital Research Services.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Researchers at all stages of their careers welcome.
